So if you remember last time (May 21), I introduced you to (very briefly) Michael Baumann, president of MLS EARTHview, LLC and his new niche marketing program called:

Since then, I’ve been taking every opportunity – I’ve probably called him at least three times a week since then, trying to get the real dirt… trying to figure out exactly what he (really) means by “Direct Response Meets Niche Marketing.” You know, he would always give little bits and pieces here and there, but he’s never really given enough to get back to you guys. Regardless of how hard (or sneaky) I press, he just won’t crack…

So (right now) I don’t have the inside scoop – the big, juicy info – as to what it is he’s doing with this Niche Marketing Program…. But I’d like to think that one day (soon) all of my pressing (and badgering) will actually break him, and when it does, I’ll certainly pass along all of the goodies to you guys.

Until I can get more info about his Niche Marketing Program, I would like to tell you more about MLS EARTHview, his online home search application.

First let me say that I’ve had the privilege of working with MLS EARTHview over the last year and a half or so. And I have watched them as they’ve transformed their online home search application into what I truly believe is the most powerful niche marketing tool any REALTOR could ever have.

The features available from the REALTOR side with regards to saved searches and video presentations and RSS and all sorts of goodies are absolutely amazing! I’d like to share a few with you, because I want you to know the technological advancements and cutting edge ideas these guys are bringing to life for REALTORS…

To start with, MLS EARTHview was the first online home search tool that would allow the user to open any property in Google Earth. To this day they are the only IDX Application allowing the user to individually select multiple properties (did I just say that?) and then map only their specified properties to a Google Map or to Google Earth… instead, like all the others, where it’s an only one or all option.

MLS EARTHview also has what they call the SOFT-LEAD CAPTURE option, which is not a forced, gateway form, but a passive form the user can bypass… They refer to it as a Digital Customer Service Liaison allowing you to build a rapport with your prospects online… this is very cool…

Check this out… right now, today, if you can believe this, they have a way for you to do a video presentation of ANY HOUSE in the MLS and then email the videos to prospects and clients (almost) immediately… How cool is that?! Plus, he just told me today that they’re implementing an Investor Calculator option where investors can view Equity, Cap Rates, Cash Flow and other stuff for each property, then once they’ve got that all worked out, they’re going to have an Investor Search Application, where the Investor can SEARCH THE MLS for properties by Equity, Cap Rates, Cash Flow and the other stuff… (I’m not an Investor, but that’s) Very, Very Cool!

I’m going to keep trying to get the goods on this niche marketing program, but until then…
